Demonstrating the work I did using Cel-action. We had to design, rig and animate our characters in a short introductory animation. My target audience was children aged 2-5.

I completed the design elements in Adobe Illustrator, then rigged the assets in Cel-Action. Understanding the anatomy of the body was key for this factor as, when you are rigging the characters, it's imperative that all of the body parts and joints were in the correct positions in order for you to move them. After rigging the characters, we put them in our desired settings and animated the rigs. This part of the process was the most strenuous, as sometimes the movement of both of the characters looked far from natural. It was a lot of trial and error.

Eventually after being happy with the piece I did some post production work in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, where I added audio and camera movement.

Overall I was happy with the outcome and felt it resonated well with my target audience.
